Disabled Access at The Glass Bar

The Glass Bar has a number of existing disabled customers who use the venue, however it is important that, should you be disabled, you understand the restrictions of the bar. This is explained in detail below.

ACCESS TO THE GROUND FLOOR AND BAR

The Glass Bar is able to offer disabled access into the bar at ground floor level via a portable ramp up the small step into the building. This enables access to the ground floor room, which is where the bar is located. Unfortunately, due to the building being listed, we are unable to make any structural changes to the venue to improve the disabled access further.

ACCESS TO LIVE EVENTS (HELD UPSTAIRS)

Live events (mainly held upstairs) are only accessible to those who are able to climb the spiral staircase to the first floor. From time to time events are held downstairs, you can check whether an event will be upstairs or downstairs as all events are clearly marked on the individual event page as to the location.

ACCESS THE TOILET (UPSTAIRS)

The only toilet in the venue is upstairs on the first floor. Unfortunately this means that unless you are able to climb the spiral staircase to the first floor, the nearest accessible, disabled toilet is inside Euston Train Station. Whilst this is far from ideal, it is the only solution we can put in place due to the listed status of the venue.
